Getting the Most of our Square Footage

We all wish we have all the money to buy a home here in the city that have enough living space. However we have to pay for square footage and it is not cheap! For people on a budget like me, we now have a choice of having enough space by living in the suburbs or staying in a smaller place in the city. If you want to enjoy the amenities and have less travel time, living in the city is the choice. If you are living in a studio or using or living room as a guest room, or a guest room doubles as your study, you don't have to live in a cramp space, the answer is multifunctional furniture and clever storage solutions.

Extending Kitchen Island

If you want extra storage in your kitchen and a table for a quick breakfast and lunch or additional prep space if more than one person in your family cooks a meal, then having the Kitchen Island with Pull Out Table
might be good idea. It would look great as center island in your compact kitchen. Aside from that you would have additional storage with the cookbook rack on side, towel holder, storage cabinets and display shelves on bottom. What's more the slide out table would be handy for casual dining and yet it won't occupy space when you are not using it so you would have extra space to move around.

If you don't have budget constraints another option is the San Lorenzo Extending kitchen Island. You and your family can have casual meals in the kitchen. It has a solid pine roll-out table that comfortably seats two and nests cleanly inside when not in use. The table also provides extra prep and serving space. On the front, there are slots for 12 bottles of wine, a wide cubby, three drawers and a two-shelf cabinet. There’s a towel rack on one side, and the entire unit stands on four raised feet.
