Getting the Most of our Square Footage

We all wish we have all the money to buy a home here in the city that have enough living space. However we have to pay for square footage and it is not cheap! For people on a budget like me, we now have a choice of having enough space by living in the suburbs or staying in a smaller place in the city. If you want to enjoy the amenities and have less travel time, living in the city is the choice. If you are living in a studio or using or living room as a guest room, or a guest room doubles as your study, you don't have to live in a cramp space, the answer is multifunctional furniture and clever storage solutions.

Multifunctional Children's Furniture

Children things seems to take over our space so it is great that there are furniture that serves dual purpose, decreasing the need to have more children furniture.

Having the Flip-Open Sofa Bed - Dora, a kid-sized sofa flips open into a lounger is great. My daughter loves taking a nap on this sofa bed. Since she is very independent she loves flipping it open to turn it into a bed and folding it back to turn into her sofa the rest of the time.

Another unique multifunctional children's furniture that has multiple positions and uses is WeeCANDU 5 in 1 - Multi-Use Child's Furniture
. It has four sides but five positions. Your child can use it as a desk, a game table or a bench seat, step stool, 2-level kiddie desk, foot ottoman or a book-mag rack. Aside from that it is adjustable for slant desk or art easel.
